Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of utility and customer-side technologies, with a particular focus on emerging technologies, electrification strategies, demand response, distributed energy resources, and grid-edge innovations.

As the former Executive Vice President at ILLUME Advising, Jes led the development of business strategies and spearheaded innovation within the industry.
